a little problem of everything plz help

heylo all . this is my first post . i have a 2003 corolla . i did a few mods on my own but am facing a few problems ......
    i have
carbon fibre head lights and back lights .
    custom grill
    2 H.I.D kits
17" rims wrapped with yokohama AVS sports 215/45/17
    simota CAI
Stroker 15" with Alpine 1507 amp

    1) i installed a simota CAI . when i switch on my car, the rpm keeps jumping up and down . On standby , the rpm goes to 1,000 rpm , then comes down. the real problem is when i drive , and i leave the acc. , the rpm comes real down and the car vibrates like the engine is going to switch off , then again it comes back to 1,000 rpm .
i tried to increase the rpm race . everything then bcame fi9 but now its back again to the same thing .

    2) does a CAI sound different from a SR? this CAI i installed in my rolla gives me a rice boiler kinda noice. but the SR which i had on my other car gave me a real heavy sound.

    3) i noticed tht the gap where the cone of the CAI is going , is packed and no air goes there . removing the fog would give it a passage for the air. will it gain HP?

    4) Since coils wernt avalible , so i took a factory coil and had it chopped down . i didnt get any difference in handling but my shocks have gone real hard and when i hit a ditch or a hole , my car gives me a real bad noice. changing to Apexi lowering springs will finish the noice? will my ride bcome smooth once again?

    5) i had HID kits on my fogs . but recently it just stopped working i checked the hid and it was working . i guess some fuse is blown can anyone tell me where this fuse is ?

    6) my parking light just doesnt start...... all the lights inside the control panal are fused and just wont light up.... again i think its the fuse any idea where this is?

    Now a few upgrade questions....

    1) shall i get the grounding kit?? it will help me in wat way?
    2) i mostly drive at 120k.m thts all most 55-60miles. will a strud bar help me in handling?
    3) does projector head lamps increase the lights of HID's?

    4. You cut your oem springs? If that is the case your shocks are probably blown and the noise you hear is your car bottoming out. Getting apexi lowering springs and new shocks will improve your handling and your ride comfort.

    5) If you burned out your fuse just check the fuste box. It's in the engine bay on the drivers side. It's pretty hard to miss. As for the interior fuse... that's underneath your dash. You have look up from where your gas pedals are... make sure you have flashlight...

Regarding your CAI, make sure your hose connections are secure and not kinked. Also make sure the MAF sensor is clean and secured properly. My car was shuddering at idle after I installed my SRI, and I realized this was because the VSV hose was kinked.

    1) so i should go and get the lowering springs? plus i have a problem tht my tires seem to hit the fenders . by cutting the oem springs , i got all most 3" drop. will those springs give me more drop?

    2) i tried the fuse which was in the engine bay and plus the one which is in the glove compartment .All fuses seem to be fi9

    3) when removing the stock air intake , there were two things attached to it . one was the sensor which went inside the CAI tube and the other one which had a pipe going in it from the engine . i dont have any idea wat tht was but i stuck it with tape to a metal piece.

Well, that's probably the cause of one of your problems. The hose you pulled out is connected to the VSV, and your intake should have an outlet for the hose to attach to. The MAF sensor and the VSV hose should both be connected to the intake.
