    a little help

    hi as some of you guys know the turbo is on hold,due to the fact the corolla is my wify's daily and now she's coming to me saying she want's a bigger car so idk if to sell it or to keep it as another project, and now that engine is goin bad I don't know if is worth keeping, do any of you guys know were I could get an engine for cheap cus $1,400 is't not a option or makes me wan't to keep it:( it's a 1zzfe vvti or any other swaps that could be done

    depends where you live but here in the westcoast you can get a 1zz FE for cheap at any junk yard or craigslist. they range at 200 to 400. ask SK cuz he just dropped in a new engine in his rolla. good luck man

    i picked up a 99 1zzfe down here in miami for $630 not to cheap compared to your 400 lol

    i live here in palm springs (so cal)but the junk yards here suck i need to take a trip to la but i want something with low miles

    121 thou its ok but its sounding like a disel, a little click click on the head and it also burns too much oil so its goin to be time for a new one soon
