you might have a little or a lot of air in your brake lines. how many times did you bleed the brakes?

check your rear wheel cylinders and brake shoes. if the shoes are coming apart then the wheel cylinders will be over extending when you push the pedal causing the pedal to go to the floor. or if they are leaking obviously that would cause it. also make sure the brake shoes are adjusted out if you have replaced them or it will cause the same problem.
