    93-97 Corolla Springs

    Hey guys,
I am currently running Intrax Springs and the GR-2s. The drop Intrax gave me in the front is PERFECT, cant fit even one finger between the tire and fender ;) Almost tucking. Well, the back Im not so satified with, it looks almost higher than stock. I can fit almost 3 fingers between the tire and fender. It gives my car a "raked" look. When I had my coilovers my car sat perfect in the back, but rode like shit. Here is a pic with the coilovers:
    VERY OLD PIC!!

Anyways, I was curious if there is any springs that sit close to that low in the back with out sacrficing the qualitly I get from Intrax, of course lower means harsher, but I want something somewhat comparable.. Thanks guys! :)

do you have any current pics of your drop? are intrax staggered? and what's the drop in the front and what's the drop in the rear (if they are staggered)? i recently swapped out my ground control coilovers (drop in my sig...up for sale btw) to a set of tein H-techs and i love the ride but i miss the low drop...i''m looking to maybe swap these out for something with more of the "raked" look...my front and rear look about even but i'd like my front to be a little lower and my rear to be a smidget higher...

    any info/pics would be appreciated

Supposedly 1.7" Rear: 1.6". I honesty think it drops lower than that. Ill take some pics once it stops raining.

The best pics I have at the moment:

Mostly showing how low the front is, right now its sits a tad bit lower than it shows cause they settled a little bit more

i'm just wondering, are any of you scraping when you're going out of driveways? I'm just very curious cause i have to go into my driveway at about 60 degrees or else i scrape my front bumper and muffler.

Yup. I have Tein S-Techs and I scrape steep driveways and speedbumps. Like you, I take them at a 60 or 45 degree angle if I can. That's just part of driving a lowered car though, because I've heard everyone from Civic to Supra owners do the same thing.

wow, that looks like u slammed on ur brakes to prevent a rear end collision or something....newayz, i think u guys should look into coilovers or something.....i mean, springs give u one height only n coilovers give you whatever height u want...just a thought..

It's also a matter of expense. Quality coilovers usually go for $1200 minimum.

Fastrolla has dropzone coils with kyb struts on his and its surprisingly smooth for being slammed down to the ground n a full set of both of those put together dont even total $1200

Smooth is a relative term. A well matched spring/strut combo or real coilovers would probably perform better on a track than the Dropzones though. In the case you just want height adjustability for show, then the only sleeves widely recommended are GroundControl and Skunk.

In any case, Dropzone is NOT considered quality by a long shot.
