is 4caroption.com reliable? tried calling the 800 number and it goes somewhere else... also the email doesnt work...they have something that i want and it is cheaper there

A lot of people have had trouble with them, just going by their eBay feedback. However, I ordered two sets of lights from them, and they arrived in great shape and very quickly, which evidently something that doesn't always happen with them.

I ordered direct by phone, but I don't remember the number. It's the one posted on their site.

yea, i ordered twice from their ebay auctions and they came in good shape (headlights and tail lights)..the earlier consensus speculated that they give better service to their ebay aucitons than their website store.. or something like that,

www.4caroption.com is maintained by the same company as rsversion.com, which is Super High Technology. The company's track record for fulfilling orders is spotty at best. A quick look at the BBB record for Super High Technology proves this. I would stay away from this company if you can. Oh BTW. It seems SHT is out of business. Discovered this a few months ago when David (vpower.net) tried to order some parts that people had ordered and he found that the phone # was suddenly disconnected. If the company is even still in operation, it's definitely operating under very limited capacity. Nevertheless, you can order parts through vpower.net, because as far as I know, David was able to secure an alternate vendor.

I ordered from them once... put it this way, it was my last. If you can avoid going through them do so :wink:

Never buy stuff from them. They never respond to my messages, actually tried buying through them one time and that was a hassle. Good thing they didn't get my money.

wow, im surprised so many people have had problems with them. I ordered both my JDM style headlights and my CF tail light from them and both came promptly and in perfect condition. the only complaint i had was the jacked up shipping charge to Hawaii..(the postage stamp on the box said like $22 for shipping when they charged like $50)

The company is a complete waste of time

i once ordered a hood grill and a some decals from that site and they canceled my order without even notifying me. i had to call just to find out the items werent in stock and the person who picked up the phone was such an A-hole stick with v power its more reliable and trustworthy.

I bought mirrors from them and they were missing pieces. I called and, again, the guy who answered the phone told me that I could pretty much go to hell. I call back 3 more times just to get them to send me 2 small plactic pieces that they forgot. I wouldnt do it.
