3 Months and Counting...

Hey guys,
As some of you know I ordered the Full 93-97 TOMS kit from the company GROUNDEFFEX.COM. Anyways, I placed my order Febuary 28...its now June 2. As I have told some, the company has contacted me a grand total of...ZERO times. The first month the only contact I could get was though email and that was only twice. Well sometime in March I found out there was a delay, but it wasnt Groundeffex that contacted me to let me know, it was KGS, the company that Groundeffex orders this particular kit from. Anyways, KGS and their employees are a awesome company. They have been keeping me updated, but once again, this shouldnt be their responsibilty, its Groundeffexs'. Anyways about a month ago, I was told my rear lip and side skirts had finally got there, but no front bumper He has been offering to give me the BOMEX front or a full refund, but I really want the full kit, not a mismatched or partial kit. He said itll probably be another week to week and a half to get the bumper, then the time itll take shipping to get from Cali to Florida, that is if the bumper really comes when they EXPECT it to, which there is no garuntee that it will

Anyways what would you guys do in my situation? This is the only company that I can find that sells the kit and I dont want a BOMEX kit. I dont want my money back cause all the waiting will be in vain and I wont have a kit. WHAT WOULD YOU DO?

THAT is exactly the reason why i ordered my kit through a shop.. a large majority of bodykit sites are shady, sure it cost me a few dollars more, but i got the guarantee that im getting what i ordered...

file a complaint with the BBB, or do a search on their custmer service if they screwed other people its probably up somewhere on some forum

thats why i dont often buy stuff off the internet.

just try to get your money back, cuz you'll be waiting and waiting fo a long time for there response is that they dont have the kit.

come here and visit me and we can roll up there together, lol, remember, its liek 5 minutes away from my house

Wait a little longer. You said that you don't want to pull out now since the wait would be invain so just wait a bit longer. Make sure to keep bugging the company though...

Patience dude.. rare parts takes time to get. If all else fails you could ask for a refund for the front and I can help you grab a Tom's front from Taiwan. But even that means more waiting
