    280 0r 300 degree cam?

I am trying to decide whether to put a 280 or 300 degree cam in my 20 valve 4AGE (vvti).

I have heard that it becomes a bit impractical for a road car with a 300 degree cam because of the lag at low rpm while waiting for the cam to kick in.

Does a 300 degree cam work well in this engine?

    anyone with experience in this?

    Gimme :)

272's are what I've heard to be the best compromise between power and streetability on a 4a-ge.
