Engine 2007 Engine Mods

05-07 parts are the same. So you can buy anything for 05 or 06 rolla

I bought a ram air from a 05 and the vacuum hose was bigger and located in a different spot than the nipple on the ram air, and inorder for me to hook it up I would have to down size the hose and extend it, will that matter? I mean thats good to hear because I have found alot of stuff for 05 and 06 (including turbo). Also, how do I find out what engine I have? I mean I know its a 1.8L but I see people saying things like ZZ__? Thanks for the help btw.

2007 Engine Mods

I am new here, and i have rencently become a Corolla owner. So far, I love my car, I would just like to invest some money into it lol.

I recently bought a 2007 Corolla S and I am trying to find engine mods (e.g. Cold air, Ram air, turbo, sc) but so far I am not having any luck. I was wondering if someone can tell me a place that I could go, to find that stuff? I was also wondering if I could use some stuff for and 05 or 06 Corolla.

you have a 1ZZ engine, the XRS corolla has the 2ZZ... and dont use the 03-04 CAI or SRI in ur 05 since the 05 and up are DBW and u will get a CEL with a lean code, use cosmo SRI or CAI to avoid that...

Ok, well I will look around and see what I can get, I guess I will buy parts that are for the 2005 Rolla. Thank you very much. I will let you guys know what I find.
