    2005 Corolla Question

I have progressive rear sway with stock struts and hotchkis springs

I'm thinking on changing the struts

What are the differences between having the Koni Sport Struts with my existing hotchkis springs and the Tein SS coilover kit?

In terms on difficulty of installation, stiffness, handling, durability, and adjustability?

    Thanks y'all

tein ss = full damper, ready to put in
koni struts = you need to assemble your springs on there, some work needed

difficulty on installation, tein ss will be much easier since it's complete damper setup compared to just a strut where you have to take apart and assemble together again

stiffness, both koni and tein ss are damper adjustable, so it can be soft or stiff depending on way you set it

durability, depends on road conditions and way you drive

adjustability, tein ss offers edfc, allows you change stiffness of every corner from your driver seat, basically remote control in your car, but it cost extra, koni's, gotta get out, adjust, and blah blah, same with tein ss if you dont have edfc, gotta get out and adjust
