hello ive been looking for a good enough front lip for my ae102, but i havent found a good one.... so i was on cardomain and saw a guy that did a 2002 corolla front end swap on his 7th gen... and it interested me alot.. so now i bought brand new 2002 front bumper w/ foglights, black housing headlights, and both fenders..... just waiting for the carbon fiber hood... has anyone seen this type of swap??? if u have i would like to get more information to get some help in doing the conversion... any input would help alot... thanks
ill post pics as i do the swap on my car

Hey, I don't suppose you saw my car? Or did you see a car with the full swap like you are doing? Mine was only the bumper swap.

Aside from making custom brackets where needed, I think it's rather straight forward after you cut/paste the fenders.
    Some examples I've seen.

    http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2500959/1995-toyota-corolla/page-2

This guy did the bumper like me.

Also check the "7th gen pics" thread for more examples!

wow, 7th gen can also do a complete oem 01-02 front end swap?

but what im confused is how does the headlight bolts line up? do they buy a whole new radiator support bracket from the 01-02?

pretty much when you are done, it's gonna look so much like an 8th gen that there really shouldn't be any difference. Just look at pics of 8th gens lol.

Yeah, you can do it fine, just need brackets or the 8th gen internals to bolt everything.

please do! Let me know what sort of brackets and stuff you need to create, and how the bolts on the new parts are different from the old parts.
