The only part that I could see that might be confusing is all the vacuum hoses.

The upper VSV ... the one that has the green port on the tube with the little tag that says "1psi maximum"...that is connected to one port on the upper VSV and the other port is connected to a tube which connects to the intake manifold. This valve opens and closes and let the manifold vacuum suck fuel vapors out of the charcoal canister.

The lower VSV connects to the other tube that comes up from beneath the car on one port and the other port is connected to a tube that should be connected to the nipple on the intake tube you bought. This valve opens to equalize the pressure inside the tank since fuel vapors are being sucked out and creating a vacuum. It only sucks fresh air in.

Remember to pull the EFI 15A fuse for a few minutes after installing it to reset the ECU. Drive calmly for the first 200-300 miles to let the ECU make adjustments.

Looking at the picture, that mounting hardware is some kind of generic brace that you'll probably never find a place to fit. If I were you, I'd just put it on there and forget the mounting bracket if it'll stay like it should. That's what I did for my SRI.
