    160 degree thermostat

i was wondering if i can swap out to a 160 thermostat instead of the oem 175ish-180...-its a 96 4afe, and would there be any problems runnin the coolant on the cooler side a litte?..i hear you get a little boost in horsepower-perhaps like .25 to .5 horsepower! lol!..it should be better for the engine no?
