    16 inch or 17inch?

    would a 16 inch look good on a 98-02 corolla or 17 inch? Would you have to lower you car if you buy a 17 inch?

    16 is good and looks nice, but 17s might also, but may have some fender issues correct me if im wrong

    All the rims for my 8th gen is either 14" or 15", I will 16" max for 8th gen.
    17" is way too big and you will make the slow 8th gen even slower.

    I think in the 7yrs I been a part of the Corolla community I've only seen 2 cars that looked good on 17's.

    17s are great for looks, but its just full of burdens. Its harder on u'r tranny, makes it slower, risk of rubbing in turns, and if u lower it there is the risk of rubbing when u'r chubby friend invites him self = ). I will be looking at 16s. Are cars really aren'y designed for rims of that size. The 9th and 10th gen are suited for that, 8th gens (and older) are just not.
