04 xrs stock headunit removal

hello, new to the boards hopefully you guys can help me out.
im trying to install a loc in order to convert my stock headunit's output into a signal usable with rca for my amp. Im installing 2 10s with an amp btw.
im not exactly new to car audio, just wanted to know how to get the xrs stock headunit out.. its a lot different looking than the older corollas. (i want to splice right after the stok headunit).

or. if anybody knos if there is a stock amplifier that is separate from the headunit itself, where that is located so i can splice the wires there.

i dont want to splice at the rear speakers, so that is my last resort.

I have done it myself, and it is kind of tricky since the stereo is attached to the dash. Just take you time.
