I know there is a way to take the amber piece out of the headlight by breaking it bit by bit... If anyones knows of an easier way or of headlights that come that way already i would greatly appreciate it...Thanks.

You can buy a set of projectors on ebay for 110.00....I was also looking ot take off my headlights and have the outsides painted black..(where the chrome is) but not to much then the lights wouldn't refract....

put it in the oven on low heat(with no wires/bulbs in the housing). keep checking it till the adhesive holding the housing together starts to get tacky, and pull it apart.

...make sure it's on a baking sheet first ;)

the easiest way to clear the corners is breaking the amber piece bit by bit and taking it out..that way you maintain the factory seal and doesn't cause condensation when ir rains or when you wash the car

I agree. If you have the time and patience the best way is to definetly break it up piece by piece. Just make sure you get all the pieces out. My room mate did one of my headlights because I was working on something else at the time and managed to leave a bunch of little specs of amber lying around. Pain in the ass.
