    01 Prizm/ 01 Corolla clone

01 Prizm/ 01 Corolla clone--Its getting old repeating this! The only reason I repeat this is to make sure that I'm allowed to post here, eventhough I don't own a rolla.

My thing looks like this right now,

Good amount of time and money. Shave all the emblems, and everything that has to do with Chevy, bodykit, lights, CF Hood, Exhaust, Tint, Lower the car, Rims. Thats a rough estimate.

I can let the owner of that car know you are interested in the car and want it to look like that

The front is fairly easy to do.

If your gonna convert your 01 Prizm to an 01 Corolla, here's what an 01 Corolla really looks like:

The 98-00 front end would be a easy swap. The headlights are already the same. Just swap bumper and hood (should be all that's necessary).

Do you mind elaborating? I appologize I'm new to all this and I feel dumb saying I don't exactly know what all is included in a "Front End" or a "Body Kit" or an "Engine Kit". Is there a place on this site where new people can find info and learn? If not, would it be too much to ask for people to take some time and share their expertise??? :)

Looks like we have sibling Prizms. Check out my cardomain site for ideas. Unless you want a carbon fiber hood and bodykit I wouldn't do a front end swap. If you do, go with a 01-02 corolla front end because its more of an upgrade than the 98-00 corolla front end, which looks nearly identical to the prizm. You can make a Prizm look good on its own though, if you do it right IMO.

Yeah that is quite some work I agree. It's all riced out. It's got Mexican written all over it.

It has the bomber kit or the old C3 racing kit duwayne was selling. Oh that brings back memories. haha I've told you before that I have that exact front bumper for sale. Its just wrapped up and laying around in my garage at the moment. I posted pics in the other thread. btw where are you located?

I'm in Indiana currently. Do you have the full kit or just the one bumper? And where are the pics you posted?

That car you posted (the white one) is ugly as sin. I think even Satan is prettier than that car. [shudders]

I agree. It looks funky. It's sporting TRD and yet its not even a proper Corolla.

Yeah, the rear is completely different. How about the side skirts? Will they fit or will I have to find different ones? I love the hood and the front bumper, so I still want to get those on the blue babe.

    prizm to corolla

i'm not 100% on the headlights being the same as a corolla but i know for sure that the front turn signal lens aren't the same and require you to change the front fenders if you want corolla turn signals.

OK, I'm not at work, so I can finally see the pictures of what you're going for. That blue car you like, it's a 98-00 corolla. Just swap the hood and bumper (should be a direct fit, so you could just get the carbon fiber hood and body kit bumper-- personally, I'd get a stocker with Shyguy's front lip-- looks cleaner) over to your car. As for the rear, you may have to do some work to get it to fit since the rear end has different tail lights on a Prizm than on a Corolla.

The skirts should work. You could get the rear, but you'd have to modify it quite a bit.

In order for the rear bumper to fit, you would need a new trunk and taillights.

Your headlights and corners are exactly the same as the 98-00 corolla. The rear end of your car is an entirely different story.
PM me. I need to see if its even worth it to ship out of state.
