    did u need to cut the bumper when install those foglight ? you also got Auto mode from avalon, so i bet you can shut your DRL off on the switch now...

    You probably need to fog wiring too other than the stalk and relay in order to stay OEM. since 1998-2000 model suppose not to have any pre-wire...
