THIS IS NOT IN THE US! However, what do you think? Out in the UK, they have an obesity problem. They want to put tags on clothing that provide obese hotlines to help see if that can control the problem. They also want to include bicycle lanes on roads and recommend that all complexes have gyms for people to use.

do you think they're going too far? or do you think what they're doing is a good thing?

I see both good and bad in this. I can see suggesting bicycle lanes, gyms in complexes, etc. That'll benefit everyone, not just obese people. However, adding hot lines to clothing? I think thats going a bit too far. If a person chooses to be obese, then let them be. they know that can kill them.

I can't say the clothing companies would loose money cause no matter what, a person needs clothes and if they have to get bigger clothes then they're going to get it. If that was here in the US, I'd still buy the clothing but I wouldn't like the idea of the tags being there. I'm a big guy and I know whats harmful to me and whats not. I know what I can suffer if I don't get on the right track. its my choice to be this way.
