I don't care if the controller is handcuffed to your arm....there are some players that get so into the game and so upset by some of the events in the game that they just feel the need to release their frustration on the controller by turning it into a projectile.....my friend is a prime example....you dont want to get around him when he's playing sports games

And there are some players that sweat more than other players. Controller will still go flying even if they arent that into the game.

Whats worse? Breaking $1000+ tv or a $50 remote. Or even worse breaking both?

i am sure the controller is fine if used properly. the connection from the wrist to controller looks like it is from a camera though and i am sure something different can be used.

If you throw the remote at your TV and break it then thats your fault, not nintendos. I had a friend throw a sega genesis controller at his TV and it wasn't even motion sensitive :D

    we have one.

the strap, if cinched properly, isn't going to fly off the user's arm. the cincher keeps it nice and tight. i'm convinced the people who are breaking things with their controllers are either not using the strap as they should, or are merely throwing the controllers around.

on top of that, the games DO NOT require users to get as energetic as they do...and if they're sweating that much from small arm movements, they REALLY need to get off the couch. trying to sue Nintendo for their own stupidity/laziness is the "coffee is too hot" style lawsuit.

    in other words...LAME.
