    Ebrakes

I drove around with my ebrakes pulled up without even knowing it until i noticed that i felt more friction to accelerate...

anyway, i was just wondering how i am able to drive around with it..i thought its supposed to be dragging my rear wheels?

It either wasn't on all the way or it may need to be adjusted.

    probably $100-$200

i know a local guy that does it for $60-70

as for the ebrake, you can drive while its up, its gonna stink afterwards and you probably need to replace/check the ebrake depending on how bad it is

You can change it urself....just get the shoes, and springs kit (optional)....adjusting it was a pain when I did it myself...

How many 'clicks' does your handle go up? IIRC, it should be 4-7.

You don't 'replace' the ebrake...it manually applies the rear brakes.

adjust ebrake??? wtf?? you do it yourself and it takes like 20 minutes tops. you sit there and whallop on the ebrake handle until the pistons stop auto-tightening in the rear brakes.. there is a click each time as the gear rotates 1 tooth tighter.
