    How did he get there, he mentioned it in one of his posts - MONEY.

    If I went to the trouble of doing all that - I feel the same as JspeX, start with a better motor as the base. The guy gets pretty preachy about you don't need a swap to get performance - you just need to innovate and make what you have work. That is all fine and dandy - but the money invested in making a 4AFE pump out 250HP - I could have bought a decent condition MK2 MR2 with upgraded turbos to spank that machine, and probably have enough left over to drop in a Blacktop, Silvertop, or 4AGZE in place of the 4AFE.

    I commend the guy on following through on this project - but I pretty sure others could have found much better use of those resources.

    what do you think? 110 octane? hehe. i guess its possible for a 4afe to get that much power.. it'll probably break after like 2-3 hard runs around a track. never the less i applaud his effort. i wonder if i would do stufff like that if i had the time money and patience.. .... nah.. hahaha
