I'm doing some research for new pads and rotors for my '98. I'm a spirited driver, and plan on making it out to a few auto-x's every now and then. I'm looking at getting ceramic pads because I HATE the stockers. They throw out blankets of dust on my wheels. I'm thinking about getting Hawk HPS or Ceramic pads. Also, I'm either getting plain-old Brembo rotors or getting ATE rotors (getting good reviews from tirerack.com). Opinions? Suggestions?

performance pads would dust even more than oem pads. If you want performance pads you have to live would brake dust because if you have a pad hat don't dust, you have a pad that don't work. With that said I recommend Hawk HPS and Powerslot

Learn something new every day. :)

I'm sure that no matter how dusty they are, they aren't as bad as my stockers. :(

I put Akebono ceramics on my mom's car. They're pretty damn good, and they dont dust that bad (its lighter than stock dust). Then again that doesnt matter since her wheels look like shit.
