Hahaha, alright I'll tell you The flashing had a gap in it and the wind was blowing up between the skylight and the flashing which caused it to pop up and drop back down. The guy that replaced the Skylight said that he was surprised it didn't shatter sooner but it probably helped that it was like 28° outside with a crazy windchill!

I drove the xrs before and although it was cool, no way did it feel faster than my buddy's Celica GTS. More hp (slightly) ,less weight, lower car, I just don't see it. Some corollas may have beat a celica before, but I chalk that up to the time I beat a Mustang 5.0 at the track; luck. The XRS is not a "dominate all" kind of car, and it really urks me to see it posted as one.

My friend's wife drives a Spec V and sorry but that thing is fast. Not only does it have more hp, BUT it also has a little thing called Torque... The Corolla forums are the ONLY place I hear the Spec V downed on like this...

Oh yeah the s2k I put at the bottom because I beat a guy at the track with his 3 runs in a row. And I beat a local XRS at the track, twice in a row, WITH my lead-weight rims.

I test drove an S2000, it was dead gutless in the low end but it had good pickup when you hit about 6000rpm. Let me know if your ever in the Seattle, WA area Prodigy 3006. We'll head over to the Monroe speedway and I'll take it easy on ya

does the S2k have vtec? i have driven my uncles integra GSR and ran straight roads in it and noticed it too is low before the vtec sound takes over.

woah!!! i cant believe how this thread became this big... anyways, i just wanted to show him reality that his car aint the fastest... he's just sooo effin cocky... but ya know what, i have to give him props for his car... now ima print some of this out and show him... man, i cant wait till my other co worker breaks in his 06 RSX type S... then they could race and he can see the type S IS faster... lol... thanks guys!!!

yea take it real easy on me bc I'll need it. no, the s2000 has no vtec and without a supercharger it barely has enough torque to get it out of first on hills, but its a cute little car. about as fast as a miata yet less reliable. all in all though, its at best "cute."

now the spec v on the other hand, thats a beast.
