    Bodykits for the Corolla's

Although we have shifted much of our attention to the new Scion's (I have a tC.. why wouldn't I? hehe), Racing Solution is still here to help out the Corolla community... Our latest venture... Some "durable" body kits for the Corolla's.

Now unfortunately, we're not going to go out and spend thousands of dollars to get NEW designs made up.. but what we will try.. is convert some of the existing designs into a durable abs plastic material...

No guarantee's this will work out .. but we're going to give it a shot..

We'll start with the 93-00's for now since I have cars to test fit on right now.. 01-05's.. we'll figure something out if this all works out..

Vote on which kit you would want to see in ABS instead of nasty fiberglass:

    2) 93-97 EVO

98-00 ck1 its one of the most popular kits out there and an abs one would be a bestseller, plus its one of the better looking ones

Either CK1 or CK2. They both look nice. I voted for CK1 (Bomex).

Definitely Toms. I would swap out my fiberglass sides for ABS plastic in a heartbeat. I'de probably swap out my rear TRD lips for the TOMs as well.

Tom's would definately be the easiest to have made up because they dont have all of these holes and vents in it..

i say go for toms...how quickly can you have this done? and do you know how much more it'd be? 'cause i was planning to get the sides and rear lip in the next two weeks but i don't wanna waste my money if you can get this done pretty quickly

I'm looking at 1-2 weeks for my price quote to get it manufactured.. then I can set retail pricing.. then it will need to be tooled up for the cnc machine.. so probably another 1-2 weeks.. then they can pump them out pretty darn quick because its all machine made...

I'll have to do test fitting and quality control testing on it for durability, etc since its a manufacturing process...

I'd say maybe 2 months, hopefully sooner.

I thought you were just saying converting the front. If you are converting a whole kit, then I will say the Tom's kit. I like the Tom's kit a lot more than the TRD kit that I had.

If someone would loan me a TRD kit.. I'd make replica's so that people wouldn't have to scrounge the for sale section for them.. lol

The Tom's front bumper is not the best looking front bumper, but the side skirts and the rear lip are the best looking lip I have ever seen. Maybe you can converting the Bomex front bumper and the Tom's side and rear lip.

Too bad they didn't keep the same styling for the 93-07 TOMs front bumpers. Those look much better than the 98-00.

this project is via a different manufacturer. The one who will do the corolla lip kit is currently working on my Scion tC lip kit. Once thats done, I can start something new

Ya, having more of the shyguys lip and in plastic would be great. Also the ck1 cause that's the most popular one out there.

TOM's kit is kick ass but I'd rather look all stock than pay more than $300 for a body kit.... body kits are insanely priced screw that.... lol

I dont think he wanted to mass produce that front lip (just my thought). He worked a lot have it made. I think he wants to be the only one that you can get that lip from. So he didnt reply to your messages.

I think we should keep the CK1 kits exclusively for the Corollas. So they don't get whored out to every civic/neon/cavalier/eclipse/whatever around like the buddy club and the skyline kits.

i have the toms sides and rear wit shyguys front lip, the lip is a lil higher than the the sideskirts, you prolly wouldnt be able to notice but i am anal about my car so i dont like how that is. Other than that the lip is fine, not the greatest thing on earth as far as fitment, i would like to have it in carbon fiber tho..

there wouldnt be a point in doing it tho if you already have the fiberglass kit, its not like you bottom out the sideskirts or the rear bumper, the only peice that matters is the front bumper and that should be abs, the rest of the kit doesnt matter.
