    So I'm at college, friends

    University of Pittsburgh, mechanical engineering, classes start Monday. Physics, chemistry, calculus.... blah.... at least this is a big college town. Wish me luck. And good luck to anyone else going/at/graduating college or whatever you're life's endeavors are right now.

    heh, knew you were going to say something about nittany. I didn't apply there, kinda didn't like it. I got into lehigh and drexel, I just liked Pitt more because of the city.

    What is your ultimate goal? (Since you are going into Med School, Im assuming youre going for a Phd. of some sort?)

    Yeah, I had to say it :). I was accepted to Pitt as well.....glad I went with PSU though. Loved it up there. We partied a few weekends at Pitt though.

    The goal is very general at this point. I want to be an ER physician. I think im gonna try n specialize in internal medicine, surgery, or anything to do with the heart. I did a clinical rotation with the head of the cardiovascular unit and I had a very fun experience but I also did rotations in the ER too and that was even more rewarding. I cant wait til I do one in surgery...

    simulation and non linear control of non linear systems ftw
    its for engineers, not premed :p

    but congratulations on your acceptance and good luck with your studies. college is fucking sweet, and will probably be the only time when you can do whatever the hell you want while still being somewhat responsible.
