what kind of pads and rotors. right when you get new brakes they tend to be really soft and powdery so you have to temper them with lots of stops from different speeds. Then once they're broken in a few hard stops should get the dust clear so no squeaks.

youre supposed to apply the anti-squeal paste to the back of the pads. how are they in terms of braking? i was thinking of getting a set of hps pads

If they are brand new OEM Brembo blanks - I would use the old OEM pads to break in the new rotors first - the swap in the Hawp HPS pads and bed them into the rotor to get a good transfer layer. If you start out with new stuff all at once - you can still do it, but the squealing might be there for a while, until the brakes heat up enough to bed the pads and break in the rotor surface. If you can still see the cross hatching on the new rotors - the noise will probably not go away until that wears away first.

That said - that is waht I'm running right now - Brembo blanks with Hawk HPS - a little squealing when cold or any surface corrosion on the rotors, but after a few stops - noise goes away and the brakes yield quiet, strong stops.
