    King 2.5" Coil-Overs

Just trying to get a feeler out on this part. I think it would be more effective to simply replace my coil-over struts with an adjustable coil-over shock...seeing as how I can get a total of 3" of lift out of this shock while maintaining travel....all I'd need in the back is an AAL. Anybody used or have comments on this product?

$850 shipped / pair for the front.

I would look into the Donahoe brand instead of the Kings, they have about 7 years of race testing them now and come tuned right out of the box, I know a lot of people who have had to get the King and Sway-Away versions revalved because they didn't like the ride or performance, not so with the Donahoes. You might also want to look at getting a different leaf pack from Deaver or the progressive AAL that Donahoe and Deaver sell instead of any old AAL, although it is more expensive, you will love the ride on and off road.

COOL INFORMATION! I'd like to level my truck using Revtek coilover kit, but when I can afford it all at one time, I'd like a four inch lift all around (maintaing level appearance) and larger tires and wheels.

After MUCH deliberation, I finally decided about an inch and a half total lift would work on my truck, it'll maintain pinion angles (at least to some degree) and will keep a moderately smooth ride. Plus, it will allow me to go from a 265x75r16 to a 285x85r16. (American Racing Teflon Victor rims are a MUST to go on my truck.)

I also hate the P.I.T.A. that it is changing struts, therefore would prefer a coil-over shock system on the front.

If I had the cash, I'd go buy the RCD lift, rip the I.F.S. off the front and throw another Toyota 8.25 axle under there. ...run up to 35"s and head out to the trail. But I figured the cost out, and by the time everything is said and done, it would cost me a little over $6000.
