tacoma sr5 v6 TRD?

    tacoma sr5 v6 TRD?

    I drive a corolla but my dad owns a 2001 tacoma sr5. His truck Has two huge TRD off road stickers on the rear. I havent really done a thorough investigation of the truck but as far as I can tell there are no TRD parts on it (except the suspension maybe?). Am I missing something or is toyota just getting a free TRD add out of this? :confused:

    rear locking diff, bilstine shocks/ struts, stuff like that.. but mainly that locking diff.. .thats the biggy

    TRD stands for the TRD Off-Road Package, everything *special* on the truck is basically unseen, as the truck is on it...

    trd =Toyota racing del or better know-en as turd :D

    On the Tundra it has two packages sport and Trd off road . The Trd off road like my tundra has includes bilstine shocks/ struts and limited slip. The Trd sport has front and rear sway bar and tokio shocks..

    On the Tacoma Sr5 means sport rally package and there both added to the sr5 trim levels The Trd package one being an added on feature from the factory on the Tacoma sr5..

    prerunner Tacoma= just a 2wd Tacoma with 4wd ride height...

    SSt Tacoma=Sport edition only found in the southeast Toyota area it's added on garbage Toyota in the souths likes to add..
