That's all you got? Did you have uninsuraed/underinsuraed motorist coverage? If you did, you should have gotten at least a million out of it. If i would have had that when I was in my wreck, I would have gotten around 3 million. And all he did was rearend me. :)

yeah unfortunately they cap stuff in colorado pretty well - on top of that... no permanent damage. downside to being as built as i was, lol --- all in all i'm just happy it wasn't worse. had a friend of mine in a similar accident who's obviously a lot more frail than I and he was *REALLY* jacked up.

*shrug* it happens and I got screwed. i'm used to it, lol.

That sucks that they put a cap on things like that. I guess though that it wards off terrible people who want to do frivolous lawsuits.

well it finally happened to me, I was driving in the middle lane in the driveway and some old bag trying to await a slight traffic jam in the right lane tried to pass to the middle, the problem is, I was in the middle lane... and he didn't look back to check his blind spot, OW....

Going to work on a Sunday morning. Going at about 45, a ****in dog ran into the street and my reaction was to try and not hit it. But my passenger side front tire was already in the wet grass and i skid stright into a cement wall. (If I had gone about 6 ft further, I would have gone down a hill and ended up stuck in a tree or somthin'.) Both airbags deployed and the passenger side rim got pushed against the fender because the wall had like a 6 inch floor also:sad: . ONce the car got home, I realized that there was a big chunk of the cement wall on the floor of the passenger side, if anyone would have been with me they would have had a big headache. R.I.P. for my Rolla. But about 2 months later i found the one i have now. Another '99.
    "Stayin' faithful"
*From now on, no dog is safe, I'd rather replace a bumper or a fender than to replace a whole car.

That sucks. My friend lost his BMW after swerving for a dog too. He went over a center median and ripped out his suspension gashed open the oil pan. So the next time a dog runs across the road would you just hit it? They say for deer if one is on the road to not swerve and go ahead and hit it. Of course try to brake for it though.

well.... I was getting from the mall and there was a car in front of me, and I get first into the lane

so I went slow (25~31mph) and gave her a chance to get in the lane which she did...

it has to be exactly the same time I look back to see if I have a chance to change in to the middle one
at the same time she must be pressing the brakes because she just saw the yellow light

    she stopped dead cold

I look again foward... ,nothing, must have been less than 0.4sec, I couldn't go middle lane.
and I see the cars red lights and stopped

    I hit her @ about... 18~24mph

she goes a wee foward, then passes the intersection...

after allll that happened, the light turns red.

well think of it this way...at least it's nothing related to the engine so it won't be that pricey to fix

also ouch for the kid below me that sux and it looked like you had a trd body kit on it which arent cheap to replace if that was messed up
