can I still trade this in

On Tuesday 2-8-05 a deer hit the side of my car and dented the drivers side door, drivers side fender, the hood, broke the drivers side-view mirror and the drivers side turn signal lamp. My question is will the dealership still take it on a trade-in and could I possibly still get say $500 at least? Just curious anyway. Heres picture to take a look at: http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/dsans61478/album?.dir=mail&.src=ph&store=&prodid=&.done=http%3a//pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/dsans61478/my_photos

I'm sure they would still take it. Try to find a push pull or drag then they have to give you at least 1200 or something of that sort.

Really depends on the dealership. They might tell you to just sell it on your own.

    Insurance won't cover it?

Depending on how much it will cost to fix, my sister might want to buy it :p

For the right price, I'll buy the car if it's remotely near FL..my sister needs a car badly, and she really wants a 98-02 Corolla. :)

Gah..how can you type like that..

There's no front end damage -- it looks like the deer ran into him..same thing happened to Vamp, IIRC.

there were five deer crossing the street and they seemed to some out of nowhere. One of the deer ran right into my car.. doh!! lol. The policeman said that I should keep the deer and eat it lol. Anyway... about the insurance they already gave me the check but what I plan to do it use it on this used 2002 corolla sport I found along with the money I might be able to get for my present corolla. I would get it fixed but they set up with the repair facility to use either used oem or new non oem parts. She even said they would use a door or fender that was brown and repaint it... yuck. Thats one of the reasons why and almost the main reason why. I dont know about selling it myself. That could take forever.

Go to a junk yard and find those parts you need. Try to install it yourself. That will save you some money. Althought the color will not match. But it still looks better than some f*cked parts on your car. You know what I mean, if the exterior of a car looks alright, someone will buy it.
