    Bed Liner Poll

The title says it all...what're you guys opinions on bedliners.

Everything I've read says that while both are high quality, the Line-X is a little more durable.

I had Line-X done in my Tundra, and I love it. The shop did excellent work and I highly recommend Al's Line-X of Tucson.

I heard that some of them the black color rubs off once you wear away the top layer of the liner, but a company had developed a newer material that stayed black. do all the brands use that now? or are they the old fading type

Quoted from 123 gone on Ts

"As of today, we can use Dupont Nason paint for exact color matches. The liner will retain its gloss and won't fade. It's a good product and has been used for many years.

We also have LINE-X Xtra, which is a step up from Nason (for several reasons). Xtra contains Dupont Kevlar Micro Pulp. Xtra, in black only, has been available for several months now. Xtra in colors is going to be announced at LINE-X's North America Convention in Dallas next weekend. So, Xtra in colors probably won't be available until...say March 1. You should also know that Xtra is included in the LINE-X nationwide lifetime warranty (for truck beds), Nason is not.

Xtra cost more than Nason but it's a superior product (not just because of the Kevlar). TUNDRAV8GEORGIA: You might want to double check on what the dealer told you regarding what product your getting.

The only location you MIGHT be able to get Xtra in a color is perhaps near Santa Ana, CA where they probably have been testing the product.

Note: LINE-X dealers must become certified by Dupont before they can sell Xtra. "Certified" means the dealer must attend a one day class taught by Dupont.

Here's Xtra in black. It's a darker black than regular LINE-X, glossy, and guaranteed to always look this good"
