^^^ agreed...just don't let your friends play pranks on you with the horn when your head is in the engine compartment.

Hella Supertone Horn Kit. This horn is best on open interstates where you want to warn a truck that he is about to run into you. These horns are manufactured in Germany. Lucy's Comment: D above Middle C to B: - a major sixth and a consonant interval.

isnt that a bit loud? lmfao

after doing research...the person installing the train horns would have to be willing to give up their trunk for the tank. not feasable for most people.

The 85115 model Supertones, which have a higher tone than the 85315 model (500Hz, as compared to 375Hz; both models have the same low tone of 300Hz...two tones via two horns...get it?) has a decibal rating of 118dB at 6 feet.

The 85315 model is cheaper but is made in India, whereas the 85115 model (being the louder model) is manufactured in Germany and is $13 more expensive.

You should just put like 20 of those damn car alarm horns under your hood in various places and then wire them to the horn button, that would freak people the shit out hehe

Ive got hella supertone horns in my car. They have a very german sound to them. I like them alot better than what the car came with. However, I now have train horns that I use over the HELLA horns.

its 2 horns actually, and both are different pitched. like a german car has. (not to mention, they are german made if i remember correctly.) However, I got my train horns I use more frequently now.
