    My Style

Hey guys, I've been looking over the last few months and I was thinking about investing in a bodykit, spoiler, tailights... basiaclly an exterior makeover.

So I was wondering if maybe I could get some opinions from you guys.

Pretty much below is kinda what I'm looking at...

    Bomex Bodykit
Tom's Spoiler or Maybe Something else
    M3 Mirrors
    Duel Exhaust
    Window Tints
    Tailights
    Rims
    Shaved Emblems
    and so on...

Pretty much bits and parts from this cars is what I want my to turn out like.

except fhr the dual exaust (don't need it with a 4 popper) and the chromes I kinda like the first one... looks like vortex's old one with a big ol' wing

Yeah I know, but I just like the look of it. And for chrome I'm not much into that. Its hopefully gonna look like his minus the shaved handles.

I want my car to be clean, I really wanna stay away from the rice and the chrome. But have an agressive/steathly look to it. If this is makeing any sense at all.

I'm not exactly sure, maybe one of you guys would know. I like it, but I'm not a big fan of CF though. Also I was wondering if anyone knew a place to get some nice hoods, ones that I will be able to paint.

Well as my own opinion, I'd suggest you stay as far away as possible from dual exhaust on the Corolla. The only cars that look respectable with dual exhaust is the Mustang / Camaro / Trans-Am. Like DR said, this is mainly due to the fact that you don't need duals coming off a 4-cyl. Therefore you are really just wasting money to get a second exit installed.

Every accord, civic, sentra, etc...that pulls up next to me with two pipes sticking out the back...gets laughed at. :)

Got it, so lets get past this duel ehaust points. How are your guys feelings about the bomex, tints, and tails. This is a more detailed description of what i want...

    Tints
    M3 Power Mirrors
Most likely Tom's Spoiler ( I don't want anything really big and showy )
    Tints
    Clear Corners
    JDM Black Altezza Taillights
    [IMG]

Bomex Kit but I'm not sure weather to go 98-00 or 01-02.
    Any Sugestions?

Because the things with the 01-02 Front Bumper is I think the Grill is way to big and it looks ugly, but I heard the lights are better. But because of the fact I feel the 98-00 lights are poor, I think I'll be going the route of investing in some HID's.

He has HID's if you can see. ^^^

    SlipStream rims what are those?

And also my car had some major strut damage we think the owner before us hit a curb going really fast. So we got all new struts plus shocks. And I was looking at my car yesterday and I believed it was lowered a good amount.

So thats one thing I didn't even have to pay for :D.

Is there a way I could find out what kinda of struts they put on, they are prolly going to be just some generic brand but I want to know.

And I love wings, I don't know what it is, I just think the car isn't complete without one. That's just my opinion though.

BTW sxlostv1 - I want your car! I love the S model the black interior with black on the outside, how much did it cost?

These are Rota Slipstreams http://images.google.com/images?svnum=10&hl=en&lr=&q=rota slipstreams

If your car is the first one pictured in your cardomain, it doesn't look lowered.

Ah what do I know, maybe its not then, any clue how I can check on the struts? And I do like those slipstreams alot, but I've kinda been back and forth on weather I should go all black, or go all black and leave the rims silver.

Also I just recently bought new tires for my car, any of you guys know how much I can get for the tires. They were really good tires I can get the name but they were suppose to last 100+ I think.

Look up in the wheel well. You'll be able to see the color of the struts and maybe a logo.

Yeah, I'd like to get my headlights blacked out. Once I get everything blacked out I just need to disable my DRL's and I can have some steathly car!

I looked in the wheel well and there was nothing at all, everything was just plain black and labeless.

Also what are you guys thinking, should I stay 98-00 or 01-02 for the front?

I think 01-02 looks better. Don't really like the happy face on 98-00.
    yea yea, I know I know, I'm a 01 owner. :D

Yeah I know it does, but I'll be getting a bodykit, so I won't have to worry about the "happy face."

Yeah but 01-02 means more money.... :( which I am very low on at the moment.

Am I the only one that thinks the 01-02 Bomex Front Bumper has to big of a grill in the front?
