sometimes, i don't understand people.

i've helped my friends out every chance i get...i've spent late nights helping them with their cars, installing whatever i can help them install, even though i'm up at 4 AM for work the next morning. i lend them money, i let them crash on my couch...i would do anything and everything for my friends.


now that i need help removing crap from my car so i can sell it, i don't get the help i need. my roommate promises to help me when he gets home from florida - well, he was due home Friday, and i still haven't seen him. another friend said i could come over and use his garage/tools, but when i called him yesterday no one answered. by the time i found someone who said "i'm home right now, come over" it would have been too late, since he would have been there for an hour and it would have taken me 45 minutes to get there.

i don't get people. all i want to do is strip off the parts people have claimed(and are patiently waiting for a final price), and i can't do it. my friends suck.

i know what you mean... i give people rides in my school all the time... im like a damn school bus... but when i got into an accident and did not have my car for a month, no one can give me a ride home... i feel yo pain laura... lol...

I've helped a good amount of people with their cars without making them pay sometimes. When it came down to me needing a favor, it was pretty much forgotten about. Its come to the point where I ask for money up front or only work on cars belonging to family or really close friends. Needless to say, I do little sidework haha.

If I had all of tools and a place to help you, I would easily. But atlast I live in a apt complex and they dont allow us to do any work on the cars.


But I know what you mean, I have helped my freind move 7 different times and when I need to move he was too busy to help me. Thumbs down on that type of shit

i just lack the tools - my roommate has what i need but it's in his trunk and he's in florida.

when i help friends, it's just that - help. i merely hope for reciprocation every once in awhile.
