drove an rsx type-S today...

    drove an rsx type-S today...

    man, that thing is pretty fast... im surprised how fast it is... was a lil bit nervous coz i havent driven a stick for a long time... so after a couple of blocks, i decided to gun it... ****, my heart started beating pretty fast... lol... it sounds really good too... my friend said its stock so im really impressed... i give it a 10 out of 10.... lol... i like it... i wanna drive a celica GTS so i can compare it... anyone driven both cars? which is faster?

    ive been thinking about the RSX-S for a long long long time now, it looks nice, but i have yet to drive it, i might lease one, but idk, maybe buy one in a year or someting, i like the A-Spec edition... but those are expensive

    Type-S is a bit faster... and I agree, they are fast for a 4 cyl., test driving it was a mistake though... I want one now :(

    What year is it? The newer ones have 210hp I believe.

    the k20a in the type S has the highest rated 4 cyl n/a hp

    Comes in at 197 hp now since the new sae testing. Id take the new civic si over the type s.

    If Toyota hadn't axed the Celica, it would have RSX-S beating power by now for sure.

    try driving the tsx, it has that same feel as the rsx because it's a huge (2.4L) FWD 4 cylinder, man that thing can move quickly

    yeah, i think his has around 200hp... not sure what year... but its pretty brand new... i like how the clutch feels too... it engages really short... i wanna try it again with the street dry... coz it just kept on burning out on me... i agree with teevee, i want one now too... :(

    Ppl said RSX is faster but Celica GTS has better handling.
    I never drive neither of them so I don't know. :p

    I think If the RSX was RWD, it would be really be one of the best cars out right now. That's why I lust so much for a 240sx.

    naw.... rsx wheelbase is too short and too tall to be a good car rwd. it would spin out way too easy. if you've ever seen that rwd converted integra, that thing spins out all the time.
