How do you install the Eibach Align. Kit?

Do you have to drill into the strut housing to install it cause there is no way to adjust the camber on my 04 corolla that's what Les Schwab said - camber is a must to adjust!

nope, 03+ have macpherson strut suspension up front but you have a torsen bar suspension in the rear. (88-02 has 4 wheel macpherson) Macpherson strut suspension (like your fronts) could be adjusted using camber bolts or camber plate top mounts, but Torsen Bar rear suspension are adjusted using shims. Pretty much all alignment hardware these days; Eibach, Ingalls, etc are made by SPC so they're pretty much all the same.

How do you install the camber bolt cause I know that the bolt is screwed on straight up but there's no way to adjust that on the stock bolts. I just order a front and rear camber kit and don't know how to install it.

Camber adjusting bolts are sometimes call eccentric cam bolts or crash bolts. You replace usually the top stock strut to hub assembly bolts (right behind the wheel) with the eccentric bolt - turn the bolt to adjust camber positive or negative. Less expensive way than camber plates - but less adjustability. Also looks like a regular bolt - used by some dealerships to hide really screwed up front ends from minor fender benders - hence the name "crash bolts".

    ^^ absolutely correct.
but may I add, camber bolts from the dealerships is a little different front the aftermarket ones you buy from SPC/eibach/ingalls etc. in terms of adjustability. The aftermarket ones advertise adjustability up to 1.75deg, my alignment shop haqs no problem adjusting them to correct add one degree of camber but did charge more because they are so sloppy to use... here's a pic of mines

notice the aftermarket bolt up top (1st pic).. that's the camber bolt.. also notice the tab towards the outside.. that for increasing camber (mines were at -1.8/-2.0 after drop).
as for shims.. you need to unbolt the rear hub itself and install it between the hub and the carrier.. I dont have any experience with those but seen them installed and used.
