Aftermarket stereo for 06 Tacoma?

Does anyone know how they are doing the aftermarket head units in the new Tacomas with the weird one peice dash/trim piece? It almost looks like you would have to replace the entire center piece or do some custom work.

My friend who works over at Circuit City was telling me that having the whole 1 piece dash is the trend now in newer cars. I remember that he had mentioned to me that in one particular car's case the only way to get an aftermarket stereo in was to order the kit from Japan... after shipping it was something along the lines of like $500. I'll be sure to run this by him though to see if he knows anything... otherwise I'm sure that he wouldn't mind researching!

Statik, I spoke to my friend and he was saying that they do make a dash kit for the Tacoma, its just on the bigger side of things. They do exist though... hope this helps!
