does anyone know what the torque should be on the bolts holding the strut to the carrier(axle i guess), the strut to the mount, and the mount to the strut tower?

I believe that the two nuts/bolts on the strut to steering knuckles are 200-210 ft.lb. (half that for the ones on the rear), strut to mount are 30-35 ft.lb. (need new nyloc there), and the three strut to body are around 30 ft.lb.
