What exactly is it? :) And also why is NA the best? Do they make a turbo version of it that sucks for some reason?

"NA is best" is from a sticker, another one says "Boost is better", some people like N/A power some people like Turbo/Supercharger.

Ahhh gotcha, I don't see how anyone could like N/A better unless it was an engine that was big enough to match the power of the turboed smaller engine, in that case I would accept that. But if your saying that a motor is not as much fun with a turbo as without then your smoking crack hehe :D I just turboed my Corolla and the feeling is beyond all of my dreams so I could not ever imagine going back :D

i said "na is best" to counter your "turbo it" . for front-wheel drive cars in particular, na is best. this is because when boost hits in the turbo, you will more than likely create torque steer, which sucks. in short, turbo does not belong in fwd cars.

for those who dont know wat it is...

The first ae111 levin/trueno was in May of 1995. Previously there was also other levin's and truenos such as the twincams ae86 and ae101 etc. Production of the ae111 ended in May 2000 afaik. There is a huge variety of models and engines that come with these

    Models include:
    FZ
    XZ
    BZ-V
    BZ-G
    BZ-G SS
    BZ-R

BZ-R's have SS (super-strut suspension) as standard. BZ-R's werent introduced untill April 97. Each model also came as manual or automatic.

    Engines available where:
    5A-FE 16v 98.6BHP @ 5600rpm , 99 ft lbs @ 4400rpm
    4A-FE 16v 113.4BHP @ 6000rpm , 106 ft lbs @ 4800rpm
    4A-GE 20v 162.7BHP @ 7800rpm , 117 ft lbs @ 5600rpm (Black Top)

Some differences between the BZ-R and BZ-G are that the BZ-R had a LSD as standard and bigger brakes.

Some difference between the Levin and the Trueno are that the Trueno has a different front bumper, and different rear lights (clear lens).

many people ask me about the supercharged one, this was an ae101, with the 4A-GZE engine and the model was called GT-Z. Was first produced in June 1991 up untill April 1995.

    4A-GZE 16v 167.6BHP @ 6400rpm , 149 ft lbs @ 4400rpm

There is also a very special ae111 around, TOM's took the BZ-G and modified it and called it the TO111. These came with a 1.6 20v or 1.8 20v. There is one TO111 1.6 20v in Ireland.

    Colours available where:
    Black Metallic
    Super White II
    Green Mica Metallic
    Silver Metallic
    Super Red II
    Strong Blue Metallic

There was a slight change in the Red, Blue, silver and green over the years

mine is the top of the range BZR with the super strut and the 4a-ge engine
