    New brake pads?

hey i just got new cross drilled and slotted rotors for my 97 corolla. I was waiting to put them on till i got new pads and i wanted to get the best out of the rotors and dont know what pads would be good. I really dont know anything about pads so any info would be great. Also if i wanted drilled and slotted in the rear what all would i have to do to make that happened i know dr. treak has a disc convershion for the rear but would like drilled and slotted. is this something a shop could do? Thankx for any info.

yeah like E said oem pads are the best.. they won't squeek and will create less dust, and as for doc's conversion you could just go and buy the rotors to fit the brake setup, and I would assume that you could have a tuner shop install the conversion for you if you don't want to do it your self...

I would talk to dr. tweak about that one... I don't know off the top of my head what parts he used for the kit, if I'm not mistaken tho... its parts off of a celica so buying the rear disk rotors for the celica of the same year would be the way to go... but like I said talk to the doc he would know best.. it is his kit...:)
