    A couple days ago I was working in the shop, it was -5 F outside, and for the first time I was actually WARM inside my garage!!!

    Now, back to work...

    I'd suggest sheet rock all around now too.. you'll notice a huge difference with that on top of your insulation. Nice work! :)

    nosir...we're doing it down here. the fiance's got all tools needed, and this is a joint project between him and i. anyone else is there to be a spectator, or help with interior and/or paint. ;)

    Right now I'm using a 250,000 BTU (not a typo) propane space heater. It will heat the entire place in less than 5 minutes, and I shut it off. No smell at all. I run it probably 5 minutes every for every 20-30, depending a lot on how active I am (if I'm sitting working on a harness then I run it more than if I'm wrestling with an engine or something :D )

    It's actually running off a 20lb gas grill tank. My dad lent it to me ;)

    you can get them for $100 or less.

    my garage (if you recall) looks almost the same.... except mine only stays warm enough to keep ice from forming on the cars...... this composite work has rediculous cure times
