    im thinkin about makin my corner lights amber, who has a good transparent amber paint? also, if anyone can photoshop it, it would be much appreciated

    If you are dead set on it, my room mate used model car paint on his. It was actually called turn signal amber *the paint he used* It came out decent for what it was worth even though the clears will always be my favorite.

    fet that stained glass spraypaint from a craft store, its orange, but it comes out amber.

    warning though, i fucked my shit up when i tried to do it

    I find it funny that everyone was dying to get clear corners for the cars for so long.. and now everyone wants amber :rolleyes:

    LOL, I have been thinking about doing this rather then buying a new set of corner lights, because one of them are starting to yellow. Anyways, here a VERY ROUGH chop of them on my car...with a CF hood, my TOMs bumper, and larger gunmetal rims and the paint scheme Im going with.. I just need to buy the CF hood and some paint and my car will look just like that, lol. Still need to add the sideskirts and rear lip to the photoshop.

    Mike, I say with the scheme you have going with you car...dont do it, unless you change youe bumper lights back to the stock ones.

    spray paint for lenses don't come out great. most times it comes out too lustre. i'd recommend tint if you can find amber tint sheets.

    if you really want to, get something called Krylon Stain Glass paint.
    no they dont sell them at pepboys :rolleyes:

    you can get them at a hobby store or wal-mart.

    oh, make sure you get the yellow kind. works better.
