Mine is bent a little bit too on the drivers side. They noticed when they tried to adjust it at the tire shop. Hmmm. I should make an aftermarket set that is way beefier :)

A lot. Get it used. You've got a '95? I may have one for you next week.

I bent mine (like REALLY BENT) when I slammed my car into a curb trying to avoid two guys riding on bikes, in the middle of the road, at 2 in the morning (yeah I'm still bitter).

That's the rear adjustable control arm (Toyota Prt. No. 48730-02040). It retails for a little over $90 but I got it from https://www.1sttoyotaparts.com (where I will always buy OEM parts if needed from now on) for under $70.

I wonder what kind of material those control arms are made from, I could probably pick some up at the scrap metal yard that is a bit larger diameter and weld my own.
