Tech HELP: Excel file import to Access

    HELP: Excel file import to Access

    I've been lookin all over the net...and have found nothing. need some help. heres the situation: I need to import multiple excel files into access, at least once a month. the excel files have different names, but have one simlar tab. its a flat file which contains the data that i need imported into access. is there a macro that i can write? or some kind of process that anyone knows? please...need some help!!

    You don't need to.
    Just go into Access. File --> Get External Date --> Import

    Change the file filter to Excel (*.xls)

    and grab your file.

    It will open a wizard window and walk you through importing the data.
