    wierd dream

i don't normally share my dreams, but this one was...wierd.

i was at the parents' house...but we were back in Joppatowne(the town where i grew up - we haven't been there in 6 years). got up from eating dinner, poked my head outside, and something was amiss with my car(it was parked on the street out front).

i walked down to the car, saw that some enterprising thieves had removed the entire rear driver side portion of the car, including that side of the trunk. i assume they had a REALLY STRONG pair of tinsnips. at this point, my face looks like :superconf and i started going through the car to see if they stole anything else. my CDs were still there but somehow were completely melted. my sub was still intact, but the side of the trunk that they took had my amp in it. somehow, i ended up not keeping any of it.

went through geico to get the car replaced...ended up with a 2001/02 Corolla CE(this is a step down from my S) in green(or blue, my dream mind couldn't decide). the only thing going for this car was the low mileage(we're talking in the 30s here...) and the fact that it was a 5spd. but everything else was stuff that i HATE about every other model of the car.

this infuriated me. it means i would have been shoved a step behind when i purchased THIS car, because it had no fogs, the interior was beige, and the steering wheel was the nasty pukey plastic instead of my leather-wrapped one. it angered me so much i woke up from it, and in that state of half sleep started planning out what i'd do with the car. yes, i know, strange.

any idea what this means? am i destined to have the car be destroyed?

freaky. hate to say it but it sure seems like some sort of problems are arise in the near future, but to really understand the concept of it you are the only one who could truly understand what has,is or may happen.

well I'm not really supersticious or none of that sort but who knows sometimes dreams are visions, I had that happen once. I dreamt about selling my 98 Corolla and didn't make anything of it and 2 days later SOLD! so who knows but yes strange dream...

Eh I wouldn't worry about it. Dreams can also come because you may have conscious or subconscious concerns or fears about a certain matter. It does not meanthat that is going to happen to you. :) (If you are in to intepreting dreams and about things happening to you or not) The important thing is to NOT fear that this will happen to you. Don't dwell on it. I remember having a dream in grade school that some guy broke into the school and was killing people by sticking ice-scicles in their temple. (yeah scared the hell out of me in 4th grade) I know weird dream, but the point is that it didn't come true either.

Keep it in your mind as a dream, nothing more.

man i wish it was that easy for me, i get flashbacks and sometimes wierd things happen. The thing for me is that i see it when i am sleeping and i know what is going to happen but the time frame is something that freaks me out, it may happen as the next thing and sometimes within three months. i just wake up freaking out very badly and others are like WTF!. but yeah i just wonder how the hell things like that happen.

i have no use for fold down seats, and the interior is putrid.

    ^Haha that could be it.
I wouldnt worry about it though. I had bad dreams about crap happening to my old Corolla, but none of it ever did except for my sisters accident(s).

i said the INTERIOR is pudrid - beige interior? who the hell puked beige crap, and thought it would look good inside of a car?

i personally will never own another blue car...i just don't like the color for a daily driven vehicle.

yeah Laura, its likely just your recent frustrations with your car manifesting themselves in a dream. Weird though, definately weird.

01rollas - you'd be surprised. this car hates me, i swear.

and nitrous was a consideration for the car...but now i just want it to last as long as i can make it last...or until i can afford another reliable car. no more toys for me till i own a house.
