Bought big meaty 205/50/15 for the Rota Group N 15x6.5, Mugen RNR replicas. Kumho Ecsta AST. They're terrible. Don't buy them. Sidewalls are like sponges, grip is like an all-season tire. I hammered them into a tight corner and they broke loose like my Dunlop Winter Maxx snow tires. Only upside is they replaced tires that were down to the cord, they only cost $72, and they have that "aggressive" summer tire look.

Good eye, they are, wheels came with low profile 195/45 Nexen N3000. Two still had tread so I kept them.

I'd burn through a set of Federal RSRs in no time. I have a set of Dunlop Direzza ZII Star Specs on 14" steelies if I want to carve corners. They're not bad, but $125 a corner was pretty steep for 14" rubber I'll roast in 5000 miles.

Hey everyone, haven't updated in a while. I just installed new suspension for my Rolla, H&R Sport Springs and Koni STRTs (Orange ones), along with new KYB mounts. It's dropped pretty nicely, about 1.5" lower than stock, low enough to look good but not too low to lose camber or scrape too much.

Really, the only hard part was using the spring compressors and having to cut the old struts to remove the brake lines .
Performance is awesome, feels like a brand new car! It corners flat and is firm yet comfortable at the same time. I guess of course even stock shocks would be a marked improvement over my clapped out ones with 180 +K miles haha.

Dropped on h&r springs from rogusto. Not as low as my s-techs on my other corolla. Blown out struts don't help the ride quality but at least some of the front fender gap is gone. Rear looks like it's raised more than anything, didn't notice a difference. Negative camber is chewing through the front tires as expected. Rears look ok. Sway bar endlinks are easier to destroy with a cut off wheel than removed with that useless hex head socket/allen key design easily rounded out.

Looks good bro! We've got the same suspension .

And yeah, I hate those endlinks, I had to dremel mine off since they were rusted together. Once the springs settle, you'll probably get better ride quality and it'll get lower, mine has dropped about a quarter inch from daily use and just sitting, especially in the rear.

They weren't rusted, I (pretty easily) rounded out the hex on the top of the stud that you use to keep it in place as you back the nut off. The cheap valucraft endlinks from autozone just had a stud and a nut, way easier to install.

Damn that sucks dude, I try not to drive the Corolla in the rain since I'm too lazy to raise her up lol. Are you planning on a rebuild or is it a total lost?

My buddy gave me some Si wheels for free. They were pretty banged up and needed some work. I decided to polish them... After stripping and wet sanding with 6 different grits of paper for 4 hours it turned out pretty good.
