Might be gettin first mod for the Integra

A K&N Fuel Injection Performance Kit (Short Ram Intake)

Here's the dyno on a stock Integra...

    http://www.kandn.com/dynocharts/57-3506.jpg

6.11 hp @ 6300 rpm max gain and a steady gain from about ~4300 rpm on up and it will help prevent the drop in power from 6100 rpm to 6900 rpm (which you can really feel :()

So according to that, there is a 17% or so driveline loss, which means it would bring my horsepower (at the flywheel) from 142hp to about 149hp...

I'll know if im getting it tomorrow, guy bought it for his Integra, but it got totalled I guess, so i'm getting it pretty cheap :) They are going for $169.95 USD online...

Picking it up in 45 minutes :) and theres a K&N Filter Cleaning kit or whatever its called too...

Yah, it should help, the stock airbox is quite restrictive... ill post later on tonight how it works on the car (ill probably notice the sounds more than the power, but every little bit of power helps)

You gonna pay for it? :) Ideally, i'd just get a B18C5 :D Screw the turbo on that engine...

It sounds great! It seems to pull a little harder towards to upper echelons of the rev range (5.5K rpm on up)... but that could just be psychological, heh...

man a b18c1 or a c5 would be enough power to hold you for a while, I bet you're teggy would pull nicely with that motor or if you'd like to go big just go with a H22a hehehe

yep they sound horrible when there is no resonator.the firing order is what causes it. but yeah you get a huge difference when there is no cat or other restrictive objects, but only if you are willing to take a risk in blowing out ur eardrums.

    I'm curious too...

I was out driving this morning a bit, and I think the best part of the intake is the throttle response at lower rpms (1500 to like 3000)...

it does allow for better airflow so it should help out a bit, just keep up the maintence, is all i can say so it could last you a while.
