So i forgot that gold likes my pulling off my molded parts off my car so i decided to hold off on the removal of my rear bumper and make a video of me pulling it off....hearing all the cracking noises and pain that i will have for all my hard work that i put into that rear bumper...but of course ill try and save it to make a rear lip out of it.

I dont plan on doing much with the body kit rolla after toyofest...as ive told many of you i plan on getting rid of this car maybe by the end of the year. I know it will be a bit tough but its just been beat the crap out of alot, plus its a cop magnet.

SO why am i working so hard on getting the 9th gen kit to be a bolt on kit? going to make molds out of it and sell them. Gives the 8th gen more options to choose from on kits.

Ill swap over a few things to the 5 speed like the seats, rear disc, and a few other interior stuff. With the incident of the crash i think ill get a shop to properly repaint the 5 speed the same color due to the clear coat damage and keep it stock with the kit.

So got a package today, decided to buy a set of rear valences because wherever i search for a rear they would be too much money and i was better off just buying a combo set...So ill fix up the one i found at chevron years ago and maybe sell it IDK


Got some 40grit sand paper and just removed all the bondo from my quarter panels with my new DA sander


Bought a new rear bumper yesterday and installed it....Had to go to the junk yard and grab all the mounting hardware...



OOOOPsss, rear valences need some more plastic because they are not long enough....




So the issue with the exhaust line, i know i know its sticking out too much but it was meant for the body kit rear bumper....What i have in mind now is to go to the junk yard and grab the oem exhaust line and just reattach it and put the spare TRD muffler i have....

im very impatient when it comes to waiting. plus it was cheap

awwww you guys are weenies, thats the easiest part!! if anything the quarter panels are harder, want them to be straight as possible

speaking from experience at least for me as long as the body lines are solid, anything can be done

all good buddy, you might need them since you still haven't fixed your exhaust You have money yet you wont get that shit fixed!!! gonna keep melting those bumpers

Well, you guys saw, the 9th gen rear valence was too short so i had to melt plastic to extend the piece.




Nothing is too much for me...

after u make the molds u should cut away a contoured section for the exhaust

I used the same plastic i cut off from the side skirts, it had the perfect curve to it so all i did was fuse them together, melt it all and sand...

I might have to do a cut away, it all depends if the TRD muffler clears or not but ill have molds for both cut off or regular.

today i worked more on the kit and washed my engine bay.

Probably fell off as he drove up to his awesome work area...

I bought the 2 ball tabs that go on the fenders, I thought it was that making the bumper sag but i found out i was missing those tabs that go under the head lights so ill go to the junk yard sunday morning to buy them and install my bumper again

Ohh i also tried to fix this rattling noise i have between 2k-2.5k rpm, no bolt on the middle of the down pipe -_-
