    sounds like your player's out of date. worked for me when i saw it the other day.

    i've already got my sources out looking for a set of horns for cheap. i intend to have this done by spring. the boyfriend already has half the kit needed for it...

    doesnt work for me either...but my buddy has some train horns in his 240z in r car club, runs off a compressor the size of a small bathroom/bedroom trash can (which he said is still not enough power for the horns to run fully) and the thing is still insanely loud! here's some pics...of his green Z and his horns.

    different trains, different # of horns i guess, cuz it came w/ 3 as a complete thing, they are all attached to each other, so i know none are missing per say...still as loud as any train i hear around here.
