my "better" headlights... JDM yo!!!!! (my bad, 56k...)

    my "better" headlights... JDM yo!!!!! (my bad, 56k...)

    remember those jdm headlights at ebay... 130 effin dollars... so i did it myself... with the help of gj deyro(from 9thgen)...

    we didnt do the corners coz those things are hard to open... i got pissed... but if anyone has tips on how to open that... help me out please... vamp?!? help...

    nice job on the headlights! Those corners are really hard my friend. Your better off buying the black corners that they just recently released on ebay.

    ummm can't really notice the difference in the headlights from far out but well at least u didn't pay 130 bucks for the black housing lol but nice add dude I bet when u get the black corners it'll stand out even more

    headlights look alot better. i took off my corner lenses and i just glued them back on after i blacked them out. local laws did not allow clear corners so i went to this extent since i still have the amber reflector.

    For the corner, you can open it with a dremel and seal it back with silicone. That's what I did.

    Yeah, but it's still not the same as a factory seal (pretty much two plastics melted together).

    if done correctly you won't notice any difference at all. which is why mine took forever to do. but it was well worth the time.

    for the 98-02 yrs just pry it off with a screw driver. be careful not to break the plastic. mask off , sand down (lightly) and prime and paint. internal reflector not the exterior plastic.
